FREE Lockdown Workout

The workout can be adjusted for all fitness levels.

All you need is a small space to workout in and a timer. I will demo each exercise and then suggest that you start a timer and set it for a time you are happy to work at.

I recommend 30 secs per exercise for a beginner, 45 secs for intermediate and 1 min for advanced. Again depending on your fitness levels and energy on the day I recommend anything between 1-4 sets of the exercises. Always listen to your body and take breaks when you need to.

In an ideal world, three strength workouts a week are advised for maximum health benefits and noticeable changes in body shape. However, anything you can fit in is better than nothing!
